What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, as long as the cards are enabled for online use.
When will I be billed?
After your free trial, you will be billed on a monthly basis. If you cancel during your trial, you won’t be billed at all.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the manage page, under the subscription tab. After you’ve cancelled, you won’t be billed again. Canceling your subscription does not remove your account, so should you choose to reactivate your subscription you’ll find everything where you left it. If you really want to you delete your account and all of it’s data you can of course do that as well.
Can I change plan once I’ve signed up?
Absolutely. You can change plan whenever you want, just go to the subscription tab on the manage page. If you’re downgrading you may be required to remove users before making the switch. If you hit the limit for number of users that your plan allows we will give you a heads up. We will never automatically upgrade or downgrade your account.
